About Wise Living
Wise Living got started when owner, Chris Wise was
asked to help find a retirement community for his
own grandmother.
When she rejected the first three options he
presented, Chris began to look for a better
alternative. Unable to find one that was just right
for her, Chris decided to create his own.
The first Wise Living was built in Chatham in 1991.
Six more have been built since then, each rooted in
the philosophy of giving active seniors control of their own decisions while
providing the essential services they want and need. We are thrilled to
introduce our latest community in Yarmouth.
